Yes, subject to Lavender Hope agreeing the proposed set-up and receiving any documents needed for the services being offered.

Can the room support different party styles?

Yes. The main hall can support table layouts, backdrops, activity zones and open floor space. The final plan must keep exits and walkways clear.

Does hall hire include decoration?

No. Hall hire and decoration are separate unless a future package clearly says otherwise. This keeps each cost transparent.

Can we plan for children with additional needs?

Please tell us what would help when you enquire. We can discuss quieter space, sensory considerations, movement around the room and suitable timings.
